The Grand Plaza Hotel in the heart of Alexandria is a gem! the room was clean and cozy, with all the comforts you need. the staff went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable. the location is perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the nearby shops. We enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, serving delicious meals. the friendly atmosphere and top-notch service truly made our stay a memorable one. Plus, the added personal touches like a birthday cake and room upgrade made it even more special. Can't wait to return!
